These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://www.ifeeon.com and purchases from Ifeeon. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must provide accurate information when placing an order or creating an account. You may not use the services for fraud, unlawful conduct, infringement, or interference with website security or operation.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. Ifeeon offers free standard shipping on all orders. Applicable taxes or other legally required charges will be shown at checkout where applicable. Prices for future purchases may change; changes do not alter the price accepted for a completed order except where legally permitted.
5. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, fraud prevention, address verification, inventory availability, or other legitimate reasons. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and refund.
6. Payments
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by location, device, currency, eligibility, or provider. Payment processing may be performed by Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 6–9 business days and estimated total delivery is 7–12 business days where those estimates apply. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.
8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns may generally be requested within 30 days after delivery. Returned items are subject to eligibility requirements. Customers generally pay return shipping for non-quality-related returns. For confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required or provide an appropriate resolution. 9. International Orders
Where international shipping is available, customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements. Duties, taxes, customs charges, and other import costs are handled as described in the Shipping Policy and at checkout. Mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses reasonably arising from your unlawful use of the services or material violation of these Terms. This does not impose liability prohibited by applicable law.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary because of material violation, fraud, abuse, security concerns, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law.

These Terms and our applicable store policies govern use of the services and purchases. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy; returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy; and personal information by our Privacy Policy. More specific policies govern their subject matter to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing here is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws that apply to them.
